Very little red, but it stands out nicely which fits the challenge IMO. The dog's head looks very slightly OOF to me. It might have benefitted from another round of sharpening (pretty sure that's legal in Minimal).

Phlox? Interesting to see a few buds left in the middle after the other flowers have not only opened, but some look old already. Love the color; not entirely sure I like the composition, but I tend not to like centered subjects as much. Maybe crop it tighter and put the buds on a rule of thirds intersection? Right now the buds are just overwhelmed by the flowers to my eye, and I want to see them better.
