I am having trouble finding anything specifically wrong with this. It's just uninteresting to me and slightly crooked, though that could have been to accommodate the construction crane. But nothing that I don't like about it rises to the level of goodness because of its badness.

Seems like they left that whitespace in the middle of the sign for you to write in your own expletive.
