Nice detail on the gull's body, head and tail, and I like the composition and framing. Kind of want either more or less motion blur on the wings, though. From a DOF perspective it comes off a bit disconcerting to have the head and tail so sharp but not the wings. Sort of like how I react to a tilted horizon - either straighten it out or tilt it so much it's clearly a choice the photographer made. The blur on the wings is affecting me the same way.

Pretty scene. I feel like this would benefit from an HDR or similar treatment to really bring out the tonal range. And the horizon feels tilted, so I keep cocking my head to look at the image.
