#trois - Shadowsby bobonacusComment: Looks like a good place for a hike. The greens are a little drab compared to the red pine needles and the blue sky which is giving it less depth than those long shadows indicate; I'd shift them to a clearer green and increase the saturation a tad on green. |

is there anybody.............OUT THERE???by GregoryBComment: Amazing what lives in the grass, isn't it? I spent some time looking last summer and couldn't believe how much of a world was down there! This guy is well-captured; he would make for a great Green challenge entry were one to come around soon :-) |

Christmas Present Christmas Pastby JutildaComment: Yep; there you are with your eye to the camera. The reflections in the ornament and background are SO pretty! Not that your reflection isn't, of course ;-) Perfect DOF and tones. Classic shot that would make a gorgeous holiday card. Now I feel like a slacker 'cuz I haven't done anything holiday-related around here!! |

1Dec3712by Pug-HComment: The shadow is the footprint of man's attempts at dominion over nature. It's huge, but is nothing in comparison to the mountains in the distance which are bigger, more beautiful, more lasting. There; that's my philosophical musing for the day ;-) |
