grace-20060629-04-web.jpgby elru21Comment: Oh wow....... they are wonderful!!!! I'm sitting here with the biggest grin on my face, and I don't even know either of you!
I wish I had had my digital camera when my girls took their first steps.
You did a wonderful job, and I know you'll treasure those photos forever.
Grace will be thrilled that she can have copies of everything one day.
Make sure to back them up...... they are too precious to lose.
Well done! |

Hummer_1343a.jpgby FotoMunkiComment: You made the right choice for the bokeh challenge (picking the other photo), but this image is wonderful. About as sharp as you could hope for it to be, lovely light and very nice composition. And I don't even mind the border !!! |

High Rope Walk Spectacle - Bokeh outtakeby TechoComment: Oohhhhhhh tough choice between this outtake and your entry.
There is too much white, I'd like to see a different background.
However, the idea is so cute!!! A ladybug on a twig is common, THIS is clever!!!! |

Cheers to Bokeh!by BosborneComment: In response to the forum thread: I prefer this one, the one you entered.
I believe this isn't what they call "good bokeh" (something about the shapes and just exactly how they should look, depending on the lens bla bla bla).
However, THIS bokeh shouts to me - water, cool, swimming pool, etc - and therefore truly enhances the subject much more than the other ones which simply have a blurred background. |

"There's Gold Up in Dem Hills"by CutterComment: Mostly wonderful. To MY liking, the exposure was a bit too long, I would have liked to see a touch more detail in the water. However, the lighting on the "gold" rock is superb! |

Seven Years Bad Luckby bhack101Comment: Fantastic timing - I wonder how many mirrors you had to wreck for this photo :-) I'm often not a fan of high-key images, but the rest of this is too good to let that get to me. 9 |

Troll !!!by taterbugComment: This is very funny, and very "DPC-ish"! I admire your idea and efforts in this. His expression is priceless. You did a great job on what must have been a difficult lighting situation - deep shadow under the bridge and bright glare on the water. |
