Aye, It's a Claddagh Christmasby DrKDBComment: This is a bit too cluttered with too many different elements distracting from the ring you are trying to show off. But you have some nice bokeh happening, and I appreciate the effort to make this look like something in a Christmas Catalog. |

Your tree shouldn't be the only thing sparkling this Christmas!by DarkprincessComment: I appreciate the effort, you really tried to do a christmas catalog item. However, I find that reflection hard to look at - I guess it is because there is more than ONE reflection, there seem to be several layers of it.
The placement of the studs could be better, too - this is too close to dead center, but not even quite there. |

Keep Those Dancin' Toes Warm!by pidgeComment: If you had some distance from your background (plus a large aperture), it would help the problem of seeing every wrinkle and that stark shadow. Plus it would be better if the top of the hat wasn't chopped off. |

Looking at Santaby IceRockComment: "Capture the spirit of the holidays like only a catalog can" You're not trying to sell that sweet child, are you? ;-)
Beautiful brown eyes, but has nothing to do with the challenge topic. |

Fine Artby bryanbrazilComment: This is a very beautiful photo, but has nothing to do with the challenge: "Capture the spirit of the holidays like only a catalog can". If you had printed this out, framed it, and taken a photo of it together with some Christmas props, then you'd tie it into the challenge topic. |

"Especially for Her"by The EskimoComment: Instead of the rose (looking very much like Valentine's Day) I would have preferred to see a christmas themed prop/background, but it is still a lovely photo. 8 |
