Not sure of your models level of exprience, but the stance seems contrived. Her face isn't relaxed, she looks a little 'mid expression'.

Again with the lighting, I think too harsh. Perhaps soften it somewhat?

Honestly this image does miss the mark. My first thought is the roughness around the pubic area - it needs to be healed.

The underwear is confusing. Nice colour but they look a bit like they were too large for her and have been pulled up to high and then folded over. I think her belly button should have been totally visable.

Her hair appears to be a wig and not very natural. It doesn't fall softely around her face and therefore adds to harshness.
