Stillnessby AmasonComment: This is great. I really like shots that show people in nature and I'm a sucker for silhouettes. Have you tried making the sky behind the silhouettes the lightest part as opposed to the part on the left? Perhaps try a suplicate layer set to multiply at about 30% and do a layer mask with a circular fill? I would play around with something like that I think it would bring them out nicely and make them more of the subject of the photo from a luminocity point of view. |

To the seaby AmasonComment: The only thing about this image that I find distracting is the rocky shallow part on the right in the middle of the water section. I also find that the composition is slightly more to the left than it should be. I know you can't do anything about the water (cept maybe wait for high tide :) but without actually being there I feel like you might get a more balanced composition by walking a little bit to the left. The colors in this are great as is the slow shutter on the water and the inclusion of the close foreground. Very good work overall. |

Margaritavilleby JutildaComment: Really nice candid and I like the editing and crop. harsh contrast brings emphasis to where the light is falling. |

Paisley-Abbey @ Nightby kevrobertsonComment: Cool! The P in JPR stands for Paisley. My Dad's last name. I've always wanted to go to Paisley. Not that I have any proof that my family ever lived there but it would be cool. All I know is that I have some Scottish in me and that my dad has never been to Paisley. Got any more Paisley shots? :) |

No Gas Neededby tateComment: This was the best photo in the challenge. Dissappointing to see it with such a low score and placement. |

Lynne and Johnby e301Comment: This would have been my favorite in the challenge if I had voted on it. I tried to vote this challenge but I just couldn't take it and moved on. Sorry if my missing score cost you 5th. :) |

Sidewalk viewby jjbeguinComment: Amazing to think that there are still people out there who actually leave their house and compose photographs without relying on their subject alone to hold all the interest. To me that is where art begins. Motivational work as usual. |

Amputatedby CutterComment: Great to come across this after a bunch of mundane shots. If it wasn't for the slightly blown highlights I would give this a 10. Great composition and looks great in b+w. |
