Another photo that made me late for work. This was more difficult than it looks. I had to press the lens against a chain-link fence (a large wide angle lens - thank goodness the hood protected it). The dark bottm left corner is actually part of the aformentioned fence. The timer was used as I pretended to be running - it's 8:45 in the morning and I felt like a crazy man -- at least I wasn't pretending to have a gun ... This is Ohio where people sometimes shoot people in their cars from overpasses ... any ... Not expecting much for a score but: I originally wanted to make it look like the shadow was holding up something (a non shadow item) ... Then I wanted to use a mirror to make a siamese shadow, then I wanted to make a shadow that looked like someone might jump off of a bridge -- I only have one day, and a job, and a child, and a wife ... so here's what I did.

This was the best photo in the challenge. Dissappointing to see it with such a low score and placement.

This is a cool image- a bit more abstract than the rest. Way to step outside the box and to present a possitive image.

Neat idea, but unfortunately the small shadow seems to get lost in this shot.

Neat shot-- searching for the figure's shadow gives an almost "where's waldo" feel to it.

Wonderful! Only problem is people might not see the runner right away because the eyes are naturally drawn to the highway.

Huh? I don't understand. To me, the shadow is not prominant enough. Very neat concept, though.

nice B&W image - I love that your shadow is such a small part of this image - that there is more to look at - and it is interesting - great perspective - nice job :)

perhpas this would have been better if the shadow took up more of the shot? It seems a little miniscule in comparison, like one man versus the world sort of thing.
