Sound Waves...or...Can You Hear Me Now?by Firstrich1Comment: This is the best photo in the challenge. I love the color tone, the dof, the subject, the idea. Everything is perfect here, I wouldn't change a thing. I really hope this beats out the technical heavy science shots. |

Concrete and Ironby grigrigirlComment: This was a really nice shot that just got scored low because of the challenge. But you know that. Nice work. |

A Drifting Restby JPRComment: Indeed, thanks GeneralE, I think that might have been the case. Of course, even when you're drifing in a kayak you've got to keep a paddle in the water or the waves will twist you around. That is assuming you want to stay facing in a particular direction. |

Getting tight and cosyby BlurryComment: wow, this should have done better. I love the lighting and the subtle shades of blue. It feels cool, yet at the same time warm and inviting. It definetely portrays a sense of calm to me even if the model doesn't look like she is actually, "resting" as in sleeping, she is still at rest. When shots like this don't break 6 I have no idea what the voters are thinking. |

City planning or test of God?by fas-ligandComment: Good to see this intersection again! This time there's a church and everything. I hope this wins a ribbon. Personally I'd like to see this in B+W. |
