This Old Houseby jaysonmcComment: I think you got hosed.....yeah, the composition could have been a little better, but it's a good subject and represents abandoned well. I liked it. |

nothing between the windowsby posthumousComment: Dude.....I have the utmost respect and admiration for your insight and vision. Sometimes I just don't get it, though.....this is one of those times. If you'd take a minute some time and enlighten me, I'll stop wondering. |

Outgrownby snafflesComment: I liked this 'cause whether it's abandoned for good, or just for now, kids are like that! Robbed on the score, IMNSHO.......it is sooooooooooooo a good rendition of abandoned. |

Dumped in the Countryby colorcarnivalComment: I have five adopted cats now, my wife is bringing another feral from work home, and I live in an area where people constantly dump them. This little guy looks like a survivor......but that sucks on so many levels. Nicely done.
Beautiful kitten! |

Bus Stopby Bruce_the_RobertComment: This broke my heart a little when I found it during voting.....disturbing and something no one likes to think about. Brave entry......way to go! |

House Of The Setting Sunby HipychikComment: The lighting on this was one of the things that really grabbed me......I love the forl;orn look it has with the setting/rising sun as it comes across the side of the house. It's a beautiful structure gone to dereliction and is a perfect fit for teh challenge. Congrats that this fine score didn't even make your Top 5! LOL!!! |

The Inner Circleby KelliComment: I like the dark, brooding lighting as well as the PP work you've done with this. I thiunk you got hammered unnecessarily score-wise. With the very receptive comments I've gotten on my "Monet-ism", I'm surprise that this didn't stray up into 6+ range. Voters...... |

little boy lostby skewsmeComment: I really liked this edgy, kind of scary offering that just makes my mind go places wondering what happened. Terrific finish, and I was just really impreassed with the image regardless of how it did. It finished well as it should....congrats on an ecxcellent entry! |

Old Friendby goinskiingComment: I like the sepia tone, and I liked the perspective. It's got a certain lost & forlorn thing going on that works well with the theme IMO. |
