Ring a ring a rosiesby SinkyComment: The leading lines and the framing work well in this shot. Looks a touch bright on my monitor. |

Life Imitating Lifeby klkitchensComment: I like the idea and I like the lighting, but this is very hard to look at. Lots going on in a not so interesting way. :( (Hope they have insurance!) |

Croquet Lessons With Mother by libertyComment: This is a nice shot. The difficulty in b/w & sepia toned shots is that it can enhance the detail too much sometimes and other times cause a photograph to become flat. There are areas that need more Omph here, but bumping up the contrast would make is scream in other areas. I still like this. Great choice in costuming. |

...is the Best Game You Can Nameby CitadelComment: GO STARS! :P This is a great shot. The shadowing adds such mood to the portrait and the negative space to the left works well. You might be able to crop just a touch of the neg space off and still get a very impactful photo. Nice job! |

by ShutterPugComment: The details are nice and sharp on this little guy and your DOF is good. I think the lighting is just a touch flat and nothing just "pops". It is a nice shot, but there is nothing that just grabs you. Maybe a little more contrast? Try cropping on the left tree so there is a touch visible, but losing the space to the left of it. My eyes (for some reason) are drawn more to that branch than the bird. It's a cute shot, but like so many of mine...nothing amazing. :)I may be not the best for comments. :) |

Dead Presidentsby annigComment: Great shot! I try to avoid the winter time visits as it's so stinkin' cold, but I love the shot with the snow. this is something that you don't see in shots of Mt. Rushmore very often.
Did you enjoy your trip? Great job on the coloration as you can see the different colors in the stone. |

curious 2by annigComment: Andre' is correct - Mule deer. You can tell by the black around the ears and the (not visible) tail. Great detail. |
