Requiescat In Paceby NikonJebComment: Well, your subject has it's own wonderful arrangement of shape & form & the light is creating some intriguing shadows. I like the difference in the headlights & the windshield & most of all I like that almost-white, plain sky & the level camera angle. |

News Printby bergiekatComment: Many urban landscapes have this delightful skew to lines that are not the subject, I think because the kind of camera angle that results in squared-off lines makes for a boring shot. So I like this just like it is. |

October Virginby pixelpigComment: Thanks for the wonderful comments! At the local botanical garden there is a scarecrow competition every year (not a photo competition). If I can make it last all Sept., I want to photograph each of the scarecrows in a way that makes a good BW comp. That's my plan right now anyway. |
