It's a great photo but not much about boats. I know, they're boat tools but still. If the photo were about tools or just about anything else, I'd give it a 10. In the 'Boat' challenge, I'll go with 7.

It's nothing to do with the photo, but: why would anybody do this without wearing a life jacket and I'm sure the dog is having the time of his life but I'll bet he can't swim all the way to the shore. Unless it's maybe where you're standing. Anyway...the color in your photo and focus are very nice. The horizon seems a touch tilted or rather the buildings not vertical.

Compared to the background and reflection in the water, the boats are boring and almost like they're not a major part of the photo. But, it's a super great photo I think deserves a 10.
