An excellent photo that to me looks like it was not quite in focus and it got over-sharpened in editing. Just a guess. I love the contrast and the reflections.

Ok, now I see you've put the question mark after your title. No, I don't think he is very safe or secure which kind of defeats the purpose of the challenge. His position is more like he's taking a risk by laying there. It's a cute dog though and the contrasting colors are good as well as your focus.

What? Ok, a rose. Roses have thorns - to protect them. I think you should have shown some thorns. Otherwise, excellent photo.

Kinda funny to me. I think a little more dead space to the right of the photo would have improved it's overall looks rather then centering your subject. Another smaller detail would have been to turn the bucket so the handle is facing behind her. Just me knit-picking. The lighting, focus and exposure seem to be very good.
