katee and kangaroosby rozComment: Great story, and I'm glad it had a happy ending. I wonder who is running away faster? :-) |

day 23. 50 days square crop. kangaroos on the firetrailby rozComment: Wow. There's something about this photo, and the kangaroos are so other-wordly to me... they're like some strange fantasy creatures guarding the path (especially the tall one, who looks a bit human). Great shot, with perfect border and processing. |

Day 29 Chuck Pongby thomaspeopleComment: It seems so unfair that work should interfere with our photography, but that's the way it goes. As for being "a little behind" (and your joke about body types in the forum thread), I'll just add that it's better to be a little behind than a big behind.
As for your photo, I can't guess. Is it a ping-pong ball with a photoshopped background? |

day 35. 50 days square crop. busted on the bedby rozComment: Not to be a total goofball, but I saw this photo and I started talking dog-baby talk to your Katee! Know what I mean? " ooooh, who's a little cutie "... I do that to strange dogs on the streets of NYC and it drives my friends nuts. |

8/6 - Bunny!by RebeccaComment: Bunnies are so cool, but they are pretty destructive to gardens. Good composition with the three horizontal bands of color (grass/rocks/leaves) and the bunny in a good rule-of-thirds position.l |

Fields (Day 41)by karmatComment: "The corn is as high as a elephant's eye..."
I worked in the corn fields one summer. It's hard work! I forget when it's harvested; I wonder if there will still be corn to photograph by late August. |

Day 30 macro micby thomaspeopleComment: What a great looking microphone. Funny how there are reflections in the screwhead but not in the surrounding flat metal. Nice composition and conversion to b&w. |

Day 41by kellyrc01Comment: I like it! Good job on the exposure -- you managed to catch the reflected sun and still have enough light in the foreground. |

Day No. 41by GermaineComment: 3200 ISO! I assume this was taken with your 20D. I remember reading that it had low noise levels even at the top of the range. I'm a little surprised to see the excessive grain. Nevertheless, it's a cool photo, and I like the b&w and the glow of the lights. |
