Very cool image, very pretty. Good choice of subject - this would not have worked so well if the leaves were more solidly shaped, less wispy. The frilly/wispy shape of the leaves gives the image it's "silky" look, IMO.

Nice quiet shot, and good eye for the contrast between light boat/dark boat. I'm thinking if it were reversed and the dark boat was the background boat, the overall impact of the image would not be the same. I agree with colorcarnival that it's unfortunate the line from the background boat breaks up the shapes you have going in the rigging of the foreground boat. But you framed your subjects very attractively.

Very neat perspective and all the reflective surfaces make for some very interesting shapes and contrasts in b/w. The one thing that bugs me is the bottom pair of wheels to the left of center are a bit murky-looking and that's right where my eye goes with the leading lines of the cars - it's a minor flaw to my mind, but thought I'd point it out in the spirit of constructive criticism. :)

Wow, this image leaves me wondering where you stood as you took it - off a balcony, I guess. Like the expression of motion here, the angular composition, the disturbed water in the left corner.
