Bluesyby basssman7Comment: Excellently chosen pov, IMO - maybe a perspective others might think of, but the choice of focus is not ordinary. I really like this. |

Tiaraby JuliBocComment: I thought this was pretty clever and you picked funky-looking pencils to use, which in itself made this shot stand out from the pack. I took a look at your improved version and it does have more impact - in the eyes and the tones of the face especially. A really nice portrait - she should model for you often, such a wonderful smile! |

Take Out #2by JerseyGenieComment: Don't take it too badly - yes, there were a lot of pencil/chopsticks in this challenge, but your's was one of the better takes - the composition is very well done, and I like how the pencils extend past the frame. |

A Bug's Lifeby levyj413Comment: Looks like you chose the background well to complement your shot - I like how the ceiling moulding converges on you. Great facial expression - the everyman's "bug face"! |

Leg of Dogby jaysonmcComment: Well my first thought was "zebra", then I saw the title and went "whaaa...?" Very effective pov - you set the viewer to wondering! |

Horsing Aroundby noranekoComment: Very effective use of pov, and I like how you framed it, choosing to put both horses in the composition. The background horse sort of acts as a dynamic frame of reference for the foreground one. If you had gone with just presenting us with those horsey legs, it likely would have been a less interesting comp. The more I look at this the more I am impressed with your choice in framing the scene. |

Up Yoursby raishComment: Title makes me smile :) A peacock is just a peacock except when...well, it all does just depend on your point of view, doesn't it? The only thing that bothers me here is the frame - doesn't seem to complement the image, to my eye. |

pastel.jpgby pcodyComment: Nice brightness to this, and those little touches of highlights on the berries are good. Very painterly - and I like how that branch curves your eye through the image. |

by messerschmittComment: Nice framing so that curve of the coaster's path swings you through the image - induces a slight sense of the effect of centrifugal force in the viewer. |
