wind surfingby briantammyComment: Beautiful juxtaposition and I think the subdued tones are a good choice - gives a certain sense of wistfulness to the image. |

Migrationby kawesttexComment: This has a lovely, quiet atmosphere. Nicely composed, and good sense of depth conveyed, with the zigzags of birds, and the barely perceptible landform in the background. One of my 10s for the challenge. |

The Last Danceby Blue MoonComment: The nature of stark silhouette shots make it hard to convey joy, but you did a dang fine job of it, here. :) |

overlayboatby pjangelComment: Unusual effect, I do feel as if I'm looking through a highly reflective window. As a personal preference, I would like to see more of the rocky beach at the bottom right than that section of yellow. |

stillby RetroesqueComment: This texture has a fitting feel to it, given the subject. I can imagine a whole study, like for some manufacturer's furniture collection, done up in this style. |

:Pby nixterComment: Wow - took me a moment before I registered that I was looking at a reflected image. I like the cracked-plaster texture, really suits it. |

museby WildcardComment: This image is positively meaty, if you excuse the expression. Lots of depth and emotion - you may have more of a knack for this than you might think. One small quibble, just a personal preference - I find myself wanting to see the right eye and fingers more, that are currently obscured by one of those green leaves. If you are so inclined, there is a way you can erase the texture overlay from areas where you'd rather not have it - haven't tried it yet myself, but I've heard about it! :) |
