Absolutely disturbing - I actually mean this as a compliment, it has a startling impact and makes you really look at it. The tautness here conjures up image memories of Holocaust victims or people dying of malnutrition, hence the "disturbing" feel. The fill-the-frame composition also helps contribute greatly to the impact. Good job on this.
