Day-4-Where-Are-You.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: Nice, emotive shot, Jeanne. I wonder whether it would have more impact either with much more contrast or much less. The feeling I get from it is one of loss, of fading away, so I'd try lower contrast and see what happens. |

Smile!by srdanzComment: So we have a challenge to take pictures of people on the street, and commenters complain that it's a snapshot? They would've preferred a staged shot, perhaps? Sigh.
I didn't vote, but this would've gotten a 5 or 6 from me. It's a nice enough picture of a couple of folks obviously enjoying themselves. |

Day 5 - Bandby Bruce_the_RobertComment: As with many of these blur shots, this one uses it to good effect to produce an interesting study of shape and color, where the details aren't so important. For example, I really like the color blotch on the guy's face on the right. |

Common Ground (30 days of blur)by JutildaComment: Fun, funny story to this. I like how their shapes mirror each other. I wonder how it'd look to crop tightly around their fronts to emphasize how the front of the squirrel matches the curve of the front of the bird. |
