I bet some people are going to complain about this being gross, but I think it's fascinating. We don't get this kind of closeup view of nature's grim reality very often. The mouse's bulging eyeball is an interesting detail mirroring the bubble and the snake's bulbous eye. To me, macro photography is all about showing us details we don't see at normal scale, so this is a 10 from me.
