LOL, sorry, kind of an American reference. I'm not sure what Fraiche is but Denny's is kind of an old family diner style chain restaurant, typically they have pretty good pies and desserts with traditional american style foods, not real fancy but consistent meals and service through out the chain. Not the type of restaurant you will crave going to but kind of an old stand by with decent food and a variety of choices. Also I believe most of them are open 24 hours so they fill a need for that late night craving for pie! |

Where she waitsby PaulComment: It was a10 from meas well. The style, tones, setting, framing, pose, water on the glass, uneven glazing on the glass, all come together, and you did a fantastic job with the BW processing. Congratulations! |

Found them at 13,000' elevationby jimsappComment: Wow, they have 8 legs... Oh wait there is a second one hiding! Sorry to be so sarcastic but in wildlife photography having merged animals is a big no no, I think we all fall in love with captured shots of animals that we take because we just get excited to have seen and gotten a shot of a particular animal but any time there are extra legs and horns sticking out it really degrades the image. Still a fun shot but really ends up being a more of a memory shot for the photog but usually not going to be as appealing to others. 4 |

Lemon Tartby LoViComment: I am sorry but this one just does not work for me, it has a pretty cool sugar sculpture thingy but as far as a photo it really looks to much like someone at a Denny's restaurant taking a shot of their food to share with friends on some social media site like Facebook. The color difference between table top and the plate is a big distraction which takes away from the sugar sculpture shape being the focal point of the shot. |

He came home on the 19th.by fngood83Comment: As far as a photo you have captured a special moment which is awesome. I only wish the focus would have been on the babies face, when I look at the shot the machines are the sharpest when to me either Mom or the baby should be, and given the title I would expect the baby to be the main focus, still a very precious moment, congratulations! |

Stag relaxing on the lakeshoreby albrixComment: Great scene just a bad angle in my opinion, if there were any way to get a shot from the front I am sure this would have been a great shot, as it is it is still a very nice capture with really good detail. Good luck in the Challenge. 6 |

The Accused by MAKComment: The title made me crack up because I could totally see this shot having a number at the bottom. Nice capture with great tones and detail. |

At the Mousehole by vawendyComment: The idea for this was great but the effort that went into this shot is why your images always do so well, once again congratulations and thanks for the story of how you got the shot. |

Autumn Delightby skewsmeComment: Beautiful tones and colors, I would be surprised if it is not the photographer I am guessing it is, if not just consider it a compliment! 10 |
