Self Defence Against Fresh Fruitby daevansComment: The 16-ton weight was the defense against a raspberry, not a banana! **Python nerd snort**
I don't think I'm going to make it back around to vote on this challenge, but even if I did I wouldn't mark you down for the wrong defense for the fruit. You've clearly captured the essence, I'm just an uber nerd, and this is one of my favorite sketches, heh. Great job on the 16-ton weight! |

"Now you, come at me with this banana."by timfythetooComment: Gah, it pains me that I couldn't get in on this challenge. I was going to go with a pointed stick myself, heh. This is one of my all time favorite sketches. I suppose it's a good thing that since I couldn't do it myself that one of my favorite site photographers took a stab at it... with a banana! Ahh! |

smardaz' comment was in relation to the fact that the Space Needle was built in 1962, specifically for the World's Fair.
Thanks for the comments! :) |
I know that, silly. I was born in Washington and have been to Seattle a bazillion times (not that you'd know that, heh). I'm thinking there was a movie that had the Space Needle and aliens that was set around that same time period. I could be wrong, it just seems really familiar for some reason. |

110122_T1i_IMG_0044a_smby Art RoflmaoComment: I love this. I get the same vibe that smardaz was hitting on I think except I was imagining space ships for some reason. Is there an old Worlds Fair type alien movie that had the Space Needle? Anyway, I really like it! |

01764by pixelpigComment: That's certainly some "reckless abandon". I wouldn't hang it in my home, but that's only because it simply wouldn't fit in. I can however easily see it hanging in some kind of hip lounge type restaurant. It's got nice tonal balance and vibrant colors. |
