I like this flower shot. Much better than some of the others. Great soft almost painted background. There is debate on if that background is Bokeh in my mind, but I am not going to count that against the score. Nice Job.

Um, ok, I like the moment that you captured, love the color and how the flowers in the background match the dress. Great expression on the girl, think you might have made the shot come alive by putting her slightly more on the rule of 2/3 line by croping out some of the left and a touch of the sky. I am missing the bokeh. Just my opinion.

I am trying to be positive and give you a critique that is valid. The problem I have with the shot is that either too little or too much is in view. I think shallower dof or to widen the shot would have made the subject more interesting. Green on green with a pale bit of very shadowed dark brown underneath doesn't offer much in the way of interesting contrast or color.

This would be a great shot to send to a magazine on ferns, because it would help people figure out what type of plant that it is. I don't see the bokeh tie in, but that is ok.
