This is the first photo I opened, the thumbnail caught my eye immediately. It's cotton? Don't you hate it when you take a great photo that works for this challenge and the next (texture) ;) I really like the coloring on this - I think of a hot and tiresome day, a view the pickers might see - and the way you captured the 'strands' of cotton thru the light. Perhaps if the background was a tad more in focus...not sure though. I do know this is a great photo, a top 10 I think. 9 cthenk

The sky is beautiful, too bad that score board was in the way...I get the tie in with your title, but find it too busy and not that interesting - unless you are getting paid to endorse ;P I like the sillouette of the building behind it against the sky - perhaps if the field was closed and dark.... good job. 4 cthenk

I wish the car behind him wasn't there - what's with the paper in bottom left? The photo is too busy (IMO). If someone is sitting there, I wish we could see the shoe shiner working on 'them' instead of the single shoe. This has great clarity and I like the lighting. good job. 6 cthenk

The colors are beautiful!!, but the bee seems to get lost since the photo is so busy - perhaps if you could've gotten closer or cropped more of the plant out it would fit your title better (IMO) good job. 6 cthenk
