Day 8 - Water-Dragonby GregoryBComment: Wonderful color and detail on this, Greg. Sorry to hear it's so wet 'down under'. Is this your monsoon season? |

Day 8 - Gamingby wickee_oneComment: This is so well composed and self contained. Everything is here. Interesting subject matter, a compelling story, wonderful color and tonality, clarity and detail, and lots of creativity. Really well done. |

Day 08 - Woody.jpgby KenComment: Love how his eyes match the blanket while his fur tends to blend into the background. |

Swan Songby datcatComment: Very surreal and abstract. Your use of textures is seamless. I can certainly see this hanging on a wall somewhere. |

day 9. feb 08 overlays. pelican daysby rozComment: How fun is this? At first glance I thought 'no way, you don't get to catch six pelicans at once doing interesting things all together'. Then I realized what you'd done and I felt a little better. Very, very creative. |

day 7. feb 08 slice of life. elle & kateeby rozComment: roz, you have such a wonderful way of bringing your subjects out. Elle and Katee just pop out of this like nothing else is on the page, and yet there's a whole world behind them telling the story of their lives. Great 'slice of life' shot. |

Phalanxby GermaineComment: Boy, you have found a gold mine in that wall, and you are using it to your best advantage. I like how you've framed this with half a window on each side, the light/shadow above and that ubiquitous red line below. The three walkers are perfectly posed as one object, but the detail on each allows us to see them as individuals. There's a story here. Well done. |
