Closureby cginoComment: This looks like a study out of a sketch book. |

Ballet Classby njsabsComment: I have some old pictures from when my kids did dance. Lots of them were blurry messes, but this makes me think of re looking at them! You've found beauty in the blur, and energy that evokes emotion. |

IMG_1198Burnt-Car-Art--dipt.jpgby jomariComment: I think these would be awesome on huge prints.
Also, that mettalic paper from Mpix.
Wondering... whats equalize? Also, you use the posterized image as an overlay? what purpose? Some interesting processing tips that i don't recognize! |

batikby nixterComment: Another example of an image that would probably tank in a challenge but holds great artistic value and is visually interesting. No only the diptych styling, but the textures here against each other--the shirts vs. the walk way... the chain vs. the umbrella. nice. |

by MephistoComment: Love the haze in these.
Also the wires on the top of the left picture. They have a doodling, illustrative, gestural quality to them. |

Surfianaby GermaineComment: The color is great. The critique I have is that I would maybe like to see larger borders on the images. Something to just seperate them a bit more. Its so busy that I have trouble differentiating between the images. However, that may be just what you were going for. If so, good job! |

4-feb 09 diptychs. andrewby rozComment: I think the styling and the toning you used works well with your subject. He's kind of tough looking dude and the grunginess works well. |
