I like the composition, not a portrate for the wall, but the serious kid look makes this a keeper. Now the technical, the image seems to have an overall blue-red tint, if this was not intentional it could have something to do with a overcast day and the wqhite balence adjustment if your camers has that. also the soft focus normalu does no apeal to me when used in boy shots, I like to see the eyes in sharp clear focus.

Looks like the beginning of a large collection ;-) But not a picture I am going to frame and hang on the wall. What light source are you using, it's way hot in the center and drops off fast toward the edges of the image.
