This is an awesome photo and a wonderful interpretation of despair. Not too much I can critique about on it. The composition/crop is great, as is the border, lighting, background and title. This will score very high, choice!

Now that I look at this image again I see what I missed when I first commented on it. Like some others who commented on it I thought it was a girl dancing and the light's out the back were disco lights. I should really have looked a lot closer though. I see now she is lying on the ground and those are candles following the form of her back. Nice illusion Natasha and very well done!

Good double meaning here, I wonder how many people know what a plimsoll line really is? The composition is good but the focus is a little off. Stock photography? Okay, I guess any photo can be classed as stock photography, it's just a question of being able to sell it or not. Good luck....

Wild cloud formation there! I like the effect of night time on the left and still daylight on the right. Something about the boats on the right bothers me though, I would have prefered to have nothing on the right as it seems to break the transformation from dark to light. It would have been great to have the sun setting there instead.

Those people are wondering why you are taking their photos :-) I like this photo but I have the feeling that the colour version would have done it more justice. Or maybe you could have played around with the channel mixer a little to bring out more tones in the image, it is a tad too dark the building walls. You couldn't couldn't have increased the brightness anymore because the sun is already a little blown out at the top of the tree. This is a typical problem with shooting into the sun.

This is an original idea! Maybe if you hadn't put the writing in the middle and only had the two paperclips there it could have had much more impact. I feel the writing spoils this image but that is only my opinion. Good luck anyway.

Nice effect here. The left side is a little out of focus but that isn't too bad because lots of stock photos are like that so you could have done that deliberately. I would have prefered to see more of the subject's eye, it seems to be too much in shadow. How did you manage to get that border like that without spot editing?

Great stock photo, I surely would use this one. Amazing how you got that shadow looking like that. Without that shadow there this image wouldn't be half as good as you have captured it here. That's not the shadow of this light bulb is it. Good illusion. Well done!

Excellent! The colours are so vivid and sharp, kind of crispy in a way. The crop and lighting are wonderful. Its a stock photo for sure.

Excellent effect here and the expression on the subject's (your?) face is great. However it somehow looks more like an expression of annoyance more than despair. Good one!
