Good idea but for me the crop is wrong. I would have taken the towers and the wall right over to the left, cut down a little and added more of the houses on the right.

Now this is good, I do like the idea. The stuff at the top is too much for me, I would have cropped the whole lot at the top out of this and taken it right down to above the tap, it would have brought in more impact and centered the main focus on the girl. Landscape format. more on the left and less on the right and you have a masterpiece here!

Composition works, good one. A little too soft on the skin tones. I hope you didn't use one of those programms like NI here, looks like it though. The spot in the lower right hand corner is bothersome.
