 This one did better than I expected. I had some issues with it looking out of focus. It must have had something to do with saving it for web. I didn't have time to change it as I submitted it with about 30 seconds to spare.

Thanks to all for the great comments and for the high scores. This is my personal best so far.

Very nice angle, love the focus on the drift would and the different tones in the sand. Nice sparkle on the waves as well.

Wonderful scene and captured quite well. Nice tonal range covering the white to black spectrum. The driftwood is a good center piece for the viewer to discover and the lines and placement of it in your composition is quite pleasing. Best of luck to you in the challenge.
