Top lighting here. The pose is interesting, kind of as if your subject is flowing through the frame from bottom right to the top left. The gaze out of the frame is very fitting, it finished of the flow somehow. The grain works as well. I'm going to give this a (9).

Update: I didn't give any tens in this challenge so this is at the top of my favourites for "lighting"

I gotta say this has taken first position in my favourites for this challenge. The combination of glass, color and light will always go down well at DPC, and you can be sure you'll be way up the top with this pic.

Thanx for all your comments and votes, much appreciated. I'm in a amazingly good mood at the moment :-)

The one thing that bothered me about this photo is that the paint in the tins is not smooth and flat. It didn't matter what I tried there were always bubbles on the paint's surface. So, I just had to accept it hope for the best.

Thank you for all your comments on this pic, I had a lot of fun doing it. Pia is only 15 years old! You wouldn't think it looking at this pic.

@ BobsterLobster: the white balance is set appropriately for the studio lighting set up I had. And as for "underexposed", I am not sure what you mean there, the levels graph showed I had the correct exposure.

@ dsa157: I think sadness is not something a bride would be expressing in a situation like this. I would expect a mixture of emptyness, anger and confusion. I think the sadness stage would come later.

@ Fayepek: That would have been a good title too, this was the best I could come up with :-) Too many highlights on her face? Funny, SharQ said it was underexposed.

@ Jon Lucas and dsidwell: your comments contradict each other :-)

@ Olyuzi: thank you for that comment, your first sentence sums it all up well.

Interesting idea. Two things I'd like to critique on here though. 1) the background is not very image enhancing. I would rather have gone with something without a pattern on it, maybe some photoboard perhaps. This background has a kind of soft feel to it, which is contradictory to a broken light bulb. 2) This image is way oversharpened, a little less USM would have avoided this.
