Your flash is too bright which makes this look more like a snapshot in the bar...especially since you have the guys in the background. Your foocus for this shot has become the woman laughing (with the face). You did htis in two ways....one by covering only one girl with her hair...the other woman became the only thing that was recognizable and that is where your eyes drift to. Secondly, you placed her on the let third of the photo....which is one of your focus points.

Other things to note is that the beer bottles (especially the one right in front, distract from the photo and so does the cup on the right.

Aww...you have one kid who just couldn't resist looking at the camera...lol. I really like the photo. Although I am slightly confused and I really hope not to offend anyone, but the arm with the ring on it, looks like it would be coming from the expecting mother...but it looks like a man's arm. The crop might just be slightly too tight.

Not voting this DNMC. But by virtue of placing your subjects face in the top third intersection point, you put the face as the main focus. So immdiately when I look at the shot, I look at the face.

Technically, I like the tight composition. I like that you placed your subject in the third spot. The color of the water really stands out..

To be honest when I see this photo, I don't really see an emotion. It looks more to me as an out of focus photo. There may be something specially emotional about this ballet formation, but as someone who doesn't really know ballet I wouldn't understand the emotion.
