I really like the sharpness, the tones, and the abstract feel to this. Not many shots in this challenge that were based on more of an abstract composition. Very creative, good vision. 10

This is a beautiful shot - a work of art. The setup you've done, down to the banjo and the rolled up jeans and bare feet is all great. The slight sepia tone really enhances it, also. I'm not sure that the border is necessary, but it's not a problem - I just think the image stands as well on its own. 10

I'm giving this a 10. The duck couple, with their babies, is the perfect foreground interest and is complimented so well by the background. Really has a great "country" feel!

Nice to see a still life entered in this challenge. I thought there would be more of them. I didn't have time to enter, but if I had, this is similar to what I would have done. Nice job. Perhaps a touch more lighting, specifically on the glass, to bring it out from the dark background, but overall quite nice. The fresh baked bread really does invoke a "country" feel.

Yes, I bought the lightest colored yellow apples that I could find, then I mostly desaturated the yellow channel in photoshop until the apples were this creamy color. Thanks for the kind words!
