Dried Sunflowerby fredrojComment: Very nice composition - I love the blue sky. This would be highly appropriate for advertising with all of that lovely blue text space. Perhaps a big high-contrast for my taste, but overall very nice. |

Shallow Blocksby kim100878Comment: I'd like to see this with the camera lens a little closer to the red block to really play on the depth-of-field and throw the other two even more out of focus. Good choice in objects, though - the color and shape difference really work well with the theme in bringing one specific object to the viewer's attention. |

Spring is Comingby hughletherenComment: Beautiful shot - amazing sharpness. I'd like to see other plays on the composition, perhaps. The flowers seem a little more centered than desirable, though perhaps since they are different heights, that makes a difference. A lovely shot, either way, worthy of being on a postcard or some such. |

Single Bloomby JeanComment: I love the way the sharpness of the red flower stands out against the blue - it grabs your eye and plays with it almost like an optical illusion. Nice composition, also. The colors are perhaps almost so saturated that I think you've lost some detail in the reds, but overall a very interesting, eye-catching shot. |
