sthgwrongwcamby tnunComment: I am torn on this. I love how all the distortions and shapes meld man with his creations. However, the ear is very conspicuous and becomes unbalanced in focus. Maybe I spent too many formative years watching episodes of Star Trek when I should have been studying art or philosophy. |

Friday Night Bowl-O-Ramaby HipychikComment: A great collage of ballet and Armageddon. It is unfortunate Don's personal bartender called in sick the day he first commented on this. |

glenby nixterComment: a wonderful puzzle. Your decision to lead the viewer's eye to the bike rider makes me think he is, in fact, Glen - a parody of the very sculptures he crafts. The owner of the "fish and chip" joint (where Glen washes beer mugs and spends all his salary playing Buddy Holly music on the jukebox) was kind enough to display this in his shop window. You were sitting there sipping on a beer just as Glen was arriving for work...
eta: OK, second guess... the foreground object is a personalized beer mug and Glen had been sitting across from you drinking beer. You captured him just as he left and prepared to navigate home on his bike... this is like the old game of Myst. Message edited by author 2008-12-04 20:08:16. |

Golden yearsby LevTComment: Excellent job of capturing both his strength and frailty. The subtle overlay adds a nice touch. |
