Nice perspective here.
I wasn't sure about your choice to make the background out of focus, but it simply forces your eye towards the harsh and perfectly sharp rock in the foreground, which is the subject so i guess the out of focus background works well.
Absolutely brilliant black and white tones though, would love to know what method you used to get them.

Great shot.
Strong and powerful.
The sides of the bridge towering up, which are lit more than the rest of the picture force you to crawl along the bridge to where your eye meets the looming dark clouds in the sky.
The texture of the snow on the ridges of the bridge echo the struts of the railings with bumpy hard edges.
Good choice to burn out the bottom of the photo aswell, it pushes you into the scene now.

Doesn't look realistic, looks like digital art.
I mean it's well done, you nailed what i can see you were aiming for, just that i dont like that.
