This has potential but whatever you've done in PP seems to have killed it for me.
Also if you had a slightly higher perspective you would be able to see more of the fallen log, stretching it out a little aswell.

I do like the kinda pastel effect the sky has, and also i like what the composition nearly is. Meaning if the bridge towers were a little more prominent and the rock to the bottom left a little clearer. I'm also not a fan of the orange line in the border.
None of that takes away from the fact that this is a great shot though.

You've used it well, i think it works pretty well.
Need a great image to start with, obviously, and i can't help thinking it would have been more impressive without the framed segments.

How much of it is photography and how much digital art though? (That old arguement).
