Beautiful! I love the soft green background, and the shapes created by the clear branches on top of the out of focus branches. In this picture, I might consider cloning out the stems at the top left, they aren't bad there, but don't add much to the image (and maybe take away some).

I think the colours are quite beautiful, and the shapes interesting, but for me (uh, oh) it's just not working. Even thought the petals have beautiful translucency, the light is a tad harsh. The focus is for the most part on the front edge of the front-most petal, but why? The ant is there, and that's good, to include an ant, but why is she here? I'm trying to explain why this image isn't working for me, to me it looks like a bunch of shapes and colours with no particular reason for being where they are (if that makes sense), and as a whole they do not speak to me. Ouch!! Sorry :)
