Broken windshield (or something like that). Good concept. I think the image would have benefited from a bit brighter light and a bit deeper focus - the leaf looks in focus, but the broken glass is only in part (the angle doesn't help). I would be interested in seeing the image in colour also, rather than partially desaturated (it looks partially desaturated now).

I'm giving this a 4, in part because I don't think it's a very good picture technically: it's centred, looks blurry, and the pp looks a bit goofy. It does meet the challenge however. The title is silly. You'd do better without it :)

Quite a beautiful closeup of this little bee. The image looks a little grainy, sort of like maybe you cropped in a lot? It also seems to lack contrast a bit. I like the placement of the bee/flower at the bottom right, however, IMHO there's a bit too much negative space.
