The placement of the streetlamps makes this remind me of Van Gogh's Starry Night over the Rhone. Wonder if it's just a touch bottom-heavy? Pretty shot.

Cool shot. If it were mine I might play with cropping out the blurry stuff in the foreground, possibly some to the right as well(?) - and possibly up the contrast to accentuate that guy sitting on the bridge. Just a thought. Might be easier to do outside of basic editing tho. My eye loves those split domes (amphitheater?) in the background. Thanks for this.
