Green-Eyed Monsterby SherwinJamesComment: I've been meaning to come back to this all week and tell you what a marvelous photo it is... the acting is splendid, the hues are gorgeous - so simple and effective. Crop, comp and dof are totally on the mark. Your models are beautiful. And oddly, I particularly like the childproof outlet ;-) ...it just makes it all so genuine. I hope to see this on the home page. 10 |

Almost fully grownby TitiaComment: Wow, are those hops or just ivy? I'm terribly jealous of your growing season. Just getting started here on the East Coast. Like the splashes of red in the photo and the novel subject. |

Green Grass and Groundhogby TechnocratiKComment: Even though groundhogs are evil garden wreckers, I like your photo. I love his spikey hair and the catch of motion. Good composition too. |

Saluteby graphicfunkComment: Congratulations - this is a wonderful picture with timeless qualities. I could see it being on the cover of Life magazine of almost any year. I love her pose (great mimic), the position of her feet and where the umbrella lies in your crop. I love how they are both facing away from us. I'm guessing that there's a chance this won't be processed enough for some people here. I'm fine with its realism but suppose you could play around with the curves/up the contrast a little, perhaps bring out the red in her hair. But still, this is a wonderfully clean, evocative photo. Gets a ribbon in my book ;-) |

Kiss Me by cheegirlComment: This would win if I were king... or even a prince. Wonderfully whimsical and technically splendid too. |
