 As I said in my original comment (in spite of giving you a 7), it is what I guessed it to be.  You weren't motion panning (tracking a moving object with the camera from a fixed position).  You were moving WITH the subject on the merry go round or whatever that is... so you were both "still" relative to each other.
 So it's a GREAT image, but one that failed to implement the technique required.  Oh well, congrats anyway on the ribbon. |
