Well, where do I start. Looks like this really had the potential be be a nice shot. You chose a beautiful skyline to work with. But...it is overexposed, and blurry. Not knowing what your camera settings were other than a 30" shutter I cannot say what you should do to fix the exposure. But, if you were not using the largest aperature setting, i.e. ~29, that would be a start. As for the focus, if you were not using a tripod or another stable surface, try that next time. Correcting those two things would improve this pic 100 fold.

Hey! Who has invaded MY city!!! You went after 11pm, if you had gone before the antennae on the tower would have been lit. Good composition, it is a tad dark, making it hard to distinguish the buildings from the sky in places, but good job otherwise.

OK, this made me laugh. Wish the focus were not so soft. The pic is also tilted a bit. Both easy enough to fix, so I anticipate if your next entry is sharp and straight your score will improve.

Nice pic, I like the tone of the b&w. It almost looks like you used a flash to illuminate the foreground, you have a hot spot on the first tree, but I don't think you needed it. Perhaps it is coming from street lights.
