Lilyby yakatmeComment: I love the stillness of the water and the detail in the edges of the leaves and flower, the colour of the water, leaves and flower compliment eachother nicely too :o)Certainly looks like you have picked up some good PS skills! :o) |

wies.jpgby lowonenergyComment: I am not so good at portraiture but will do my best to comment! I like the light in this shot and the DOF is nice. At first the left handside where the 'models' head leaves the frame was distracting me, but the more I look at it the more I actually think it makes the image more eye catching :o) |

wiesby lowonenergyComment: This is definitely my favourite of the 3. I like the angle of the 'models' head, nice detail and good DOF. I would like to see the focus on her eyes, as it is the focus appears to be more on her fringe (could be my eyesight though!). Other than that, a nice image :o) |

DPCpostbox.jpgby TallblokeComment: Placement of the postbox is spot on here, lovely detail and nice DOF. Again this really works in B&W, gives a real 'moody' feel to the image :o) |

DPC-Seaweed.jpgby TallblokeComment: Another lovely composition, the movement in the seaweed / sand leads my eye into the shot. The whisps of cloud work well and again the post processing is really good, I also like the 'graininess' in the sky :o) |

St-Magnus.jpgby TallblokeComment: Fantastic detail, the image is so sharp and you have obviously put some thought into the composition. You certianly seem to know what your doing with your post processing and the image works well in B&W :o) Would love to see this in colour too :o) |

The Fishermen (B&W)by ShannonLeeComment: I like the processing on this shot, suits B&W. Compositionally I may have taken a step to the right, keeping the fisherman in the shot but getting the bird with the sea in the background rather than the fishermans box (MHO) :o) |

Mightyby ShannonLeeComment: A very moving image, he certainly looks as though he is determined to get wherever he's going! The soft colours and beautiful light on the sand really add to this scene. You have captured a part of life that some may have just walked on by and you have done it very well. Thank you for sharing this. |

Toastedby TonyTComment: Good idea, colour of the flame is nice but I would like to have seen the marshmallow more in amongst the fire (MHO) |

Tiki Torch at Sunsetby Kage01Comment: I like the flame on the torch but feel a slightly different angle and less dark on the right handside would have had more impact (MHO) |
