As they wipe the tears from their eyes to vote ...... they are torn. Do I vote for the sentiment or the quality. For some the sentiment wins and they score it an 8, for the others who don't like the shadow in the bottom corner and too bright of light right above the shadow at the finger or the texture of the paper towels they give it a 6 or seven. 7 if the sentiment slips in. Good idea. Can almost see the rust flaking off but the background is too busy and overrules the who photo. Ruins it . Takes it from a 9 all the way down to a 3. You had such a good idea, too. But 3 is really a stretch for me. Sorry. PTL

When you can see the hair on a fly's legs you can't get much better than that. I, personally, would have prefered some color than all that green. I know the others will pick it apart but I love it. Right now it's a 9. I'll have to think about the green more before Sunday. PTL

Unique. Looks like metalic thread. Beautiful. Shouldn't have cropped the bottom so closely. That's the only design that would have been complete. Or maybe cropped off the left side and gotten two complete ones. still a good 5. PLT

Don't know how you got the shot before he flew off unless he's pasted on. If that's what it is, it is still good shot. Look at that strawberry nose. Wish the eye had been a little sharper. This one looks clearer in the thumbnail. Still a 7. Way to go. PTL See it with the fly as the subject. How about an 8

TOO BUSY. Bive me a few and show there beauty. There are several that have a different that could have shown the whole bunch with less clutter. Beautiful flowers and great focus. This is a time when more is not better. Still 8 is a great score. PTL
