The shot is similiar to, but offers nothing new, on a scene i've seen many times before. The subject is quite strong, But something's off on the focus on the right (for my screen) and I wish you'd taken a new view: from the ground, along the edge of a tombstone, from a tree, one with fewer trees. It just seems too snapshoty for a higher score.

It's probably my ignorance, but my only reaction to this image is "Oh look, a little toy guy." Since I'm not fearful of little toys, it leaves me cold. Could the focus have been sharper? Would he have appeared more frightening/frightened if the lighting were different?

Still Bubbles

The background really works on this one. the lighting is very nice, subtle. Bubbles are excellent, but the scratches on the glass detracted, sending my focus from the bubbles.

I love these thermometers. The outdoors as a background was distracting and the distortion from the curvature detrated (for me) from a lovely concept.
