This was just a simple shot through a vase of water. I used back-lighting to create the shadows and did not have the patients to re-shoot the picture to get rid of the bubbles in the bottom right corner. Photoshop was not used, No motion blur. (Thank You All for taking the time to critique).

Nice wordplay, and good composition to boot. What was your transparent object on this?

nice idea. the photo suffers a litte because it's not symmetric.

Well-executed motion blur.

Are filters allowed?

Now here's an abstract image that I like :) I think I may be looking through glass.. this almost appears to be a distored reflection more than a transparency but the benefit of the doubt is yours on this one... the only minor complaing i have is the spots in the lower right quadrant of the image... good shot! = 7 - jmsetzler

Great effect, but seems more like a mirror. Others in this challenge have found good glass that distorts somewhat like this, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt. (if mirror, please deduct 5 points) Photo 8 transparency 7 total 7 swash

I think this would be a lot cooler without that title. It encourages the viewer not to take it seriously, when it actually has a lot of artistic merit (at least to me). I love the way the eyes are stretched out like that :). Very weird and surreal.

This reminds me of the house of mirrors when I was a kid. Good job.

great title, fun effect!

Not seeing too much transparency here, but the effect is cool.
