From Dream to Realityby rjksteschComment: This is lovely, but DNMC so I think you may get slammed by the voters ... the window here is not framing anything. |

Spring Peaceby vtruanComment: This really has to stretch to meet the challenge, as the window is not framing anything .. in fact it is totally out of DOF. |

Angel under glassby lahernComment: This is a lovely picture, but the brightness of the reflections are imposing themselves on your focus point. |

Easter Pageant Rehersalby tuffyComment: ::: Critique Club :::
Hi, my name is Kari and from the critique club.
First Impression - the most important one:
Doesn't really appear candid and it got stung for score because of this ...from reading this is not how it is meant to appear .. but its one of those annoying 'shit happens" moments. :(
Composition:
This is not bad .. its doesn't grab me though .. i am not sure why not.
Subject:
well as mentioned and as pointed out by others ... they felt it DNMC .. who cares it is a great stock shot for the portfolio.
Technical (Colour and light):
On first look I thought it was a little washed out .. on second was fine .. I like natural light for taking pics ... which is lovely.
To grow its vote?:
as above .. meeting the challenge in the eyes of the voters helps.
Summary:
Good shot, but as you say .. onwards and upwards.

Three Brothersby davidus428Comment: ::: Critique Club :::
Hi, my name is Kari and from the critique club.
First Impression - the most important one:
great colours ... impressive that you got the stop motion with the waves and drips.
Composition:
Not to have cropped this is great, but am unsure how you ended up with those dimensions without cropping.
Subject:
Meets the challenge ... and does so well.
Technical (Colour and light):
maybe a little over-saturated ... now if only you could get them to stay perfectly still .. no that wouldn't be candid :)
To grow its vote?:
Top 20 I wouldn't complain.
Summary:
Good shot ... lovely image and great capture.
